Firefly Restaurant Ad

The final project in my Graphic Design Communications class was to design a magazine ad for our fictional restaurants. I was fortunate to find a restaurant online that had excellent images and body copy (vedgerestaurant.com). Firefly Restaurant is a fine dining organic restaurant. In keeping with the simple, clean philosophy of an organic lifestyle, I went with a light, minimalistic font and bright, natural colors. For this advertisement, I wanted the focus to be on the food. I chose a large, high-resolution image of a dish that closely matched the colors in the logo. A QR code was included as a convenience for potential customers.
